At the Chapel Hill Restaurant Group (CHRG), we’re proud that many of our managers, chefs, and employees have chosen to make a career at our restaurants. The owners of the group all worked for many years in restaurants and understand that ALL employees are valuable assets that create and maintain the culture and reputation of our businesses. Several employees who began as hourly employees are now Managing Partners at our restaurants.
