We’re all aware of the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) concerns we’re facing as a community and we want you to know the precautions the Chapel Hill Restaurant Group is taking to ensure our customers’ and staffs’ safety.

Restaurants are one of the most closely monitored industries in regard to health and cleanliness, and we are working closely with the Orange and Durham County Boards of Health to stay up to date with any new developments.

We are closely following Restaurant guidelines outlined by the NC Department of health and human services.

We are following strict cleaning and sanitizing procedures throughout preparation and service.

We are providing sanitizer and hand washing stations throughout our restaurants for guests and staff.

All of our restaurants are offering contactless curbside takeout with online ordering. select restaurants are also offering delivery.

All of our restaurants are planning to offer contactless payment.

We have established what we think is a world record for hand washing by all our fantastic employees! All employees are certified by countonmenc.org with training specifically for restaurants in the covid-19 era.

We have never allowed employees to work if sick, but we are especially vigilant about this now with daily screenings and temperature checks.

All of our restaurants are now using simple paper menus which are discarded after each use, so no menus will be used by more than one customer. Guests are also welcome to view our menus on their own phones via our websites.

Condiments (salt, pepper, sweeteners) will be served by request only, and we will bring individual packs to each customer. We can also provide compostable disposable utensils/napkin + plate upon request.

We hope this helps relieve some of our customers’ anxieties. We encourage you to use common sense and diligence as you continue your normal routines and support local businesses in our community.
